Steveston Jr Tournament

The Steveston Judo Club cordially invites Judokas to participate in the Steveston Judo Tournament which includes adult divisions up to blue belt. Yellow belt is the minimum rank for all divisions – no white or white/yellow belts will be allowed to compete.
Date: Saturday, November 19, 2011.
Place: Steveston Community Center (Tennis Courts)
4111 Moncton Street. Richmond, B.C.

Start Time: 10:00 a.m.
Referee Clinic: 9:15 a.m. Chief Referee: Ron Kuramoto

Entry Fee:
$20.00 fee for Division 1 (under 9 yrs),
$40 for all other divisions $15 when competing in a 2nd division.
Fax / e-mail entries must be received before November 16
th, 2011,
otherwise an additional
$10 late fee will be assessed.
A
penalty fee of $5 will be charged to any contestant who fails to
qualify for his or her entered weight division.

Schedule Change

Due to preparations for the Boys & Girls Club Halloween event we will not be having judo for the week prior to Halloween.

Practices for October 25th and 27th are cancelled.

Registration

Registration for class will be Thursday September 8th @ 6 PM. We will also have a light workout for the senior class afterwords.

Summer Season

Class is now closed for the summer.

We will start back up on September 8th with a registration session for the Junior class and a beginning workout for the Adult class.

May Training Schedule

Due the change in weather and members interests being drawn into other pursuits we are changing the training schedules for the month of May to one night a week on Thursdays.
